Eligibility Requirements

Here are the eligibility requirements and application guidelines for the scholarship:

1. Applicant must presently be a resident of Scioto Township and have attended Teays Valley West Middle School for at least one year.  
2. Applicant must be a graduating senior of the 2025 graduating class of Teays Valley High 
School. 

3. Applicant must have maintained at least a 3.0 GPA overall during high school.
4. Applicant must fill out all forms and answer all questions to the best of their ability to be eligible. 

5. All applicants must submit their application packet to Mr. Eric Farrell, Teays Valley High School Guidance Counselor, by March 28, 2025  

6. All applications must be in typed form or printed neatly.

7. All applications for the scholarships will be reviewed by the Commercial Point Community Men’s Club Foundation Scholarship Fund Committee, and make their decision on the recipient(s).
